Studiare il Golfo Studiare le trezze e i fondali sabbiosi e fangosi del Golfo, le componenti biologiche e i parametri chimico-fisici del nostro mare è fondamentale per valutarne lo stato di salute. Le campagne di monitoraggio subacqueo e gli studi oceanografici e geofisici condotti dall’OGS, dall’ AMP e dagli altri Enti di ricerca e Istituzioni che operano in quest’area consentono di raccogliere dati preziosi anche per capire come i fattori antropici, locali e globali, stiano influendo sugli ecosistemi marini e per implementare le misure di tutela del nostro mare. Exploration of the Gulf The study of the trezze and the sandy and muddy seabed of the Gulf, the biological components and the chemical-physical parameters of our sea are essential to assess its state of health. The underwater monitoring campaigns and the oceanographic and geophysical studies carried out by the OGS, the AMP and the other research organisations and institutions working in the area allow us to collect valuable data, to understand how local and global anthropogenic factors affect marine ecosystems and to implement measures to protect our sea.
